Le Bistro was Antigua's first authentic French Restaurant established nearly 20 years ago. The atmosphere is romantic and airy, with a friendly staff, all of which have been with the restaurant for many years.
The current chef, Patrick Gauducheau, hails from Vendee, the heart of France's finest gastronomic regions. His menus, changed twice a year, are highly creative and innovative, combining authentic French recipes with Caribbean traditions. Vegetarians will revel in the delicious selection of pastas and salads and there are also tempting daily specialties.
