I have rented from Economy every year for the last seven years. I would not rent from anywhere else.

Unfortunately the third day of our vacation we lost our key to our rental van. However, the treatment by Economy rental was unwarrented. We called them from the beach of our hotel to tell them that we lost the key in the sand on the beach. We rented a 13 passenger van because we has a party of seven people plus luggage. They told us that it would be a hundred dollars to replace the key. We were stuck so we said ok but they need to give us a replacement vechical. They show up about three hours later with a Toyota Carolla. For seven people and beach stuff.
After a discussion with the person that brought the toyota he told us it would be $190. Well my wife was fit to be tied and told the guy that this was unacceptable and we need a larger vechical. He wanted us to follow him all the way back to the airport to get a second car that he said he didn't know if it was available. We would have to return the cars the next morning to the airport to pick up the van. We told them that we were not going to do that and take the van and return it when the locks were changed. They took the van and we didn't hear from them until we found the van outside our villa a day and a half later. Great but no key. So, at this time which was late in the evening we called the rental place but of course it was after business hours and no one was there. We called the next day and they informed us that they left the key with the real astate agent. We finally got the key mid afternoon because they left the key in the mail box at the real astate office and did not tell the agent. So, to sum up we were with out a vechical for about two days and they still charged us $195. I would never recommened Economy
