Excellent food and view, but one MAJOR problem. At the end of the meal, The waiter said that our credti card was denied, causing the evening to be ruined for us. Upon return home, and calling the credit card issuer, we find that it WAS
NOT DENIED, but that the server was asked to call for authorization as it was an out of the country charge,and he NEVER DID IT.
We were very embarrassed, and fortunately has enough cash to pay, but it will make us think again about ever going back to your restarurant.
WE had 6:30 reservation on 4/2/06 and we sat at the second table on the end towards to ocean.
This is unacceptable customer service.I cannot believe you would do this to one of your customers. Most unfortunate.

Food was first rate; service was close to expected level of good; reception at desk and communication there when leaving was POOR!
