Castaways Restaurant in Nassau is owned and operated by Irma and Moses Ferguson. Fantastic Chef Merlene Rolle offers a menu that specializes in seafood. The restaurant features a superb crack' conch and grouper platter.

Although the portions are generous we did not leave the restaurant with that awful stuffed feeling because the chef does not cheapen the dishes with fillers or grease. Beautiful restaurant with a romantic atmosphere. I highly reccommend Castays.
