At one time I saw your menu in the internet and my husband and I made your baked apple dessert from the description on your menu. Unfortunately we did not keep a copy of the description.

It was a baked apple filled with almond paste and surrounded by lingonberry sauce.
It turned out very delicious and our guests loved it.
Do you think you can e-mail us the recipe?

We have been to the Bahamas, but unfortunately did not know of your restaurant.
