I’ve been going to seafront sushi for some time now, but last night service was horrible. The waiter was lost as hell and food was not good at all. I got the seafront fried rice and the seafront crunch. The rice was gummy like glue and the crunch was very very bland. I don’t know what’s going on there but you guys need to get it together fast.

Ive been a loyal customer for several years now. The food is great, and affordable.
The one area that can use some improvement would have to be that of ordering ormaking reservations by telephone. Getting through a call at times is impossible.

I should start by saying I have eaten at seafront 100 times, the food is always great and the service has never been up to par but lately it seems to have hit ROCK BOTTOM! We sat down at 7:30pm and after flagging down our waiter he finally took our food order at about 8pm, they already take a long time to make your food so having an unnecessary 30mins added to our wait was annoying. All of the staff looked that it was the greatest bother in the world to serve the guests. After asking 3 waiters and waiting about 30mins for a martini we decided to ask the bartender for it, while she obviously making lemonade and NOT a martini she rudely answered that it was coming. There was no ask to refill any of our drinks, two place settings were missing and we had to ask the server 3 times to bring them for us. when we finally did get our food (once again I always expect a wait at seafront so the wait for food does not bother me) and asked for eel sauce, the waiter returned and instead of saying excuse me he slapped my friends arm with the back of his hand to notify her of its arrival. I can completely understand if they are busy and cannot properly serve the guests however there were 5 other tables in the restaurant. And there is absolutely no need for the outright rudeness of the staff, I have NEVER even at Wendy’s or McDonalds had service as poor as I did last night at seafront.

After getting consistent horrible dine-in service at Seafront Sushi, I thought that I'd just limit myself to take-out. Recently I called in and ordered their Seafront Rice, but said: "Seafront Stir Fry with shrimp."

When I got there, I got some white rice, miso soup and a vegetable medley with shrimp drowning in teriyaki sauce. Pretty disgusting. Speaking with the manager, I explained that it wasn't what I ordered or wanted. He, the person that took my order and I agreed that it may have been a mistake, because what I got instead was the "Shrimp stir fry." Honest mistake, right?

Well, when I asked to have it swapped with the Seafront Rice, the manager insisted that I couldn't nor get a refund. He wanted me to pay for the "new" order. I practically begged for my food; I even said he could keep the $4 difference. After begging, the manager maintained that I had to pay for the food. It was not until I raised my voice and headed for the door that he offered to give me a refund.

So what if I got the item name wrong. I'm a customer!! which they lost over $4.

As mentioned, I've experience bad service at Seafront Sushi before--waiting 40mins or longer for food for a party of two, inappropriate behavior by waiters, but NOTHING like this. Food is good, but the service is deplorable. I will never, ever eat food from there again.

For the past three years the ladies of the C.A.G.E. Club have had annual dinners at Seafront Sushi, and every year we are not disappointed. The service is timely, and the staff has always been pleasant and more than accommodating.

Their new restaurant is a beautifully polished version of their first location. The place is both classy enough for a special occasion, but also comfortable enough to just pop in for occasional visits. The food is also something to look forward to; not only is is delicious, it is also very affordable for the quality you get.

I would happily recommend Seafront Sushi to any of my friends. I mean, they’ve taken such good care of my sushi cravings.

By far the best sushi we've ever tasted, definetly better than Ichiban and Nobu- We have both been to sushi resturants in London, Monreal, Beijing, New York- nothing can match seafronts originality and quality. Whenever we dine in another resturant, we cannot help but feel as though we have to compare it to seafront, because its never as good! Could be that we just love sushi. I hope the prices stay as reasonable. Expect us there soon!

OMG....I am dying for them to re-open. Sunny is an artist and my sons love the Miso Soup and the Salmon Tempura, and they are younger than five years old! The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, the staff is wonderful and the food is amazing....amazing!

I used to live in Nassau and Seafront Sushi is by far the best Japanese restaurant on the Island. We left the island in 2002 and we still miss the food and the great service!!

Excellent. I have been to Nassau at least 10 times and this is absolutely the best Japaneese restaurant around. Way better than Nobu.
Try the Volcano and the Baked Scalops.
