I have flown so many airlines as I travel regularly and i have done economy, business and first class on most airlines that I have done. With thats experience I honestly believe that Air Jamaica deserves more than 3 stars..the service is excellent, they go the extra mile and I love that....and they are save unlike some of the big names..one of which took off with me and had to land recently becuz of a fuel leak..how do u miss that b4 take..that has never happened with Air J....it is the real deal; the third world actually owns something good.. even though they are sometimes late u gonna be safe..they pride themselves son that and I love it..14 times and going

not a good air line lost of Baggage no good service and no one answer or return your call. always tell customers thier will deliver your bag and call when there are on the way but NO ONE CALL

Yes all these comments are true. I've always traveled there. It's the best... u realy feel safe and they dont have crahses like other airlines. AIR JAMAICA IS THE REAL DEAL....

I think air jamaica is the best plane to the caribbean. Everytime i travel on air j i like it a lot, i am looking forward to fly again this christmas and sit back and enjoy my flight.
