Rated by Mick and Anita Winter on 03/06/06 Went to this lovely restaurant for the Sunday lunch in Feb 06.The food was amazing and the staff could not be more helpful.We had our eighteen month grandaughter with us but it was no problem at all.We ate at Brown Sugar when it was in the Gap,much prefer its new location.Dont leave Barbados without going to this lovely restaurant.

The last time we were in Barbados, we could not go there because it was closed after having had a fire. I am looking forward to dining again at Brown Sugar next week, when I will be in Barbados.
Rated by alex sutton on 12/07/05 I went to this restaurant with a couple of friends. We asked for the wine list but were refused on the grounds that it wasn't yet ready. However we were told that we could drink house wine by the glass. It was only when we recieved the bill that it was evident that this was a scam to charge in excess of $30 per glass for wine. Absolutely shocking in well known local restaurant. To add insult to injury the food and wine were not at all special. I would certainly not return to this place.
