Bought an engagement ring here in 2007. Have since found out that there is a crack in the diamond. Apparently, this would have occured when the diamond was set in its claw!! Buyers beware!!

i find its quite cool cutomer service 90% but not a large variety of wedding bands in white gold for the exquisite care to be different couple

Purchased a ring in Jan 09 and the stone fell out after 3 days. No email address which means a long drawn out process of writing. Not worth phoning because they will only want proof of reciept and picture. Royal - put your email on your web site please!!!!!!!!!
