I bought a Lladro figurine in the St. Thomas store. Sales rep was helpful in getting me a Little Switzerland credit card, which in turn saved me an additional 10% discount. I've seen my figurine in the states for $250, and I paid $180. The store orginial price was $200. They offered to ship it for $10 but I declined and took it with me instead. All in all I was pleased the entire transaction.

I vaction in Barbados every summer. I have enjoyed shopping with the staff, especially the asst. mgt. I have bought several valuable pieces and at discount prices. I just recently bought a Lladro clown for 186.00 and found it in the states for 265.00. My Cartier was 900.00 less than in the states. My experience was first rate. There return policy on sale items was not desirable. Once purchased can not be returned, and the items that were returned took too long. They remained professional and courteous non the less.
