She provided a detailed and comprehensive list of all that was on offer to us. We chose a beach location & had several to choose from, followed by the WOW factor of the private charter of a huge luxury catamaran with gorgeous canapes & bar. We booked an old fashioned open sided bus to transport our 30 guests to & from the beach & Lisa was there with us every step of the way. She really knows her stuff & I highly recommend Weddings Beyond Your Imagination. Photos by Steven Cumberbatch were superb & he was such a 'personality' the smiles & laughs were all natural. Lisa & team are to be congratulated!

Our wedding was fabulous! Sunny weather, perfect organization by the director, Lisa StC Hutchinson, and our wedding meal at the Southseas was amazing! Our photographer, Steve Cumberbatch,was an excellent choice, we were lucky to have him!
I must say, our wedding is the best wedding we have ever attended! :)

Rated by April on 09/07/08 I just got married on August 9 and I have to say that it was a day I will never forget. Lisa and her crew from Weddings Beyond Your Imagination was superb. She was extremely helpful and attentive. And I am not going to lie to you, I pretty much had a platinum wedding at a very low cost. The price I paid for two days of activities, (wedding, reception, and a beach BBQ the next day) was the price of a wedding and reception here in New York. She handled everything and she made sure her client was taken care of. I am usually a control freak but I didn't need to be for this occasion . Don't get me wrong she doesn't take total control, she goes by your tastes and your wants but she will also advise you accordingly. She almost reminds me of how you wish your mom would act when planning events like this: on your side and advising you only when deemed necessary. It is definitely a great relationship that you form with her. One that is familiar and caring.
We got married at the historic Farley Hill and the reception was at the New Edgewater hotel in Bathsheba. The Reverend we had was wonderful; it was almost as if he knew us for a long time he walked us through everything. The set up for the wedding was beautiful and we had tents which were appropriate for weddings; the cocktail hour superb;she even arranged for entertainment during that time. There was transportation for all of my guests for both days.
She chose my reception place based on my need to be by the beach but to be in-doors. The Edgewater also has a beautiful honeymoon suite that has windows and doors that open up to the sights and sounds of the ocean of Bathsheba.
While we were traveling to see the vendors with her ( I told you I need some type of control ) you could tell that she is very well known and respected. She has the best contacts for cake, liquor,flowers. My flowers were customized to one that I saw on InStyle Brides magazine and it came out perfect. My photographer was the same one who photographed Tiger Woods wedding in Sandy Lane.
So if you book with anyone who is associated with a hotel I think you will be limited to location. If you want your wedding to be so tailored that it represents you two as a couple go with my girl Lisa. She was the best. Whether big or small she can handle the job. As I am writing this right now I am crying because on Tuesday I will be celebrating 1 month and it was such a magical day.

Everything was taken care of prior to our arrival with great care. All we had to do was show up and smile. Between the location, the ceremony, the photos, and all the hard work done on our behalf, we did a LOT of smiling! Lisa was very patient with us and answered all of our questions promptly and nicely. The beach that Lisa chose for us was perfect, the Minister was so kind and lovely. The limos were just as we wanted and the drivers were great.

The steel pan music on the beach created a perfect atmosphere for our 22 guests and everyone loved the beach bar. The Minister ensured that our ceremony was personal to us. We expected our guests to have to wait while we went through what was going to happen with the Minister but that was not the case. The ceremony was perfect and to top it all we had a catamaran cruise after our reception. Lisa stayed with us the whole time to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Everything was perfect - thanks very much for everything!!
