James Bovell has been a part of the real estate industry in the Cayman Islands since 1991. Born in the Caribbean and raised in both the UK and the Cayman Islands, James has a great understanding of the intricacies of the Islands' real estate industry. Since the beginning, James has been providing his clients with peace of mind by ensuring a personal, private and professional service.
James has achieved great success in listing and selling many of Cayman's choice homes, estates, condominiums, beachfront properties, land parcels and investment opportunities. In November 1998, James became Broker/Owner of one of Cayman's top producing real estate companies, RE/MAX Cayman Islands. He has received many of RE/MAX's awards including the prestigious "Hall of Fame" "Chairman's Club" and "Platinum Award."
James is also the President of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Broker's Association (CIREBA), a professional body that provides self-regulation and guidelines for the real estate industry in the Cayman Islands.
