The Brasserie

Cayman Islands Restaurants

Crispy phyllo filled with goat cheese. Seven-spice breast of duck and pineapple glaze. Raspberry sorbet and mocha chocolate with carmel crunch ice cream.

Should we continue?

The chefs of the Brasserie have let their imaginations run wild. Every evening, apart from our regular menu, they create a tasting menu of fusion sensations concocted from international cuisines – Caribbean, Indian, French, and Asian.

We call it Journey of the Bon Vivant.

Do you share our passion for food? Are you open to a new experience?

Then travel with us. There is no menu; it exists only in the mind of our master chef. We serve you a series of small dishes chosen by our chefs – up to twelve – each paired with a complementing wine.

More Information:

Billing itself "one of the island's secret pleasures", the Brasserie has quickly become a favourite haunt of locals and savvy visitors alike. The hip eatery serves up a Mediterranean - inspired menu in the most gorgeous Caribbean ambience.

Specialties of the house include tapas, fresh locally caught seafood, The Journey of the Bon Vivant ( Journey on Wed. evenings only) - a mystery tour of taste sensations. A blind tasting menu of small courses will be served with complementing wine (optional), eat as many or as few as you like and pay accordingly. We also feature decadent homemade desserts.

Anna - best waitress in the best restaurant on Cayman

Really and truly fantastic food with imaginative and successful flavor combinations. All 4 in our sophisticated party with world-wide dining experiences, including many Michelin 2 and 3 star restaurants agreed that The Basserie was a very fulfilling experience. Only regret is that we can't afford to fly in just for a few meals.

Among my top two favorite restaurants in the world. The Brasserie makes every part of the dining experience fun and perfect.
