Cayman Islands Restaurant Reviews
Hemingway’s at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman Hotel
Featured in Gourmet magazine and voted one of the “Top Three Restaurants in the Caribbean” by Wine Spectator magazine, this casual beachside restaurant overlooks beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Try their Seven Mile Meltdown, a delicious concoction of dark rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, and coconut. Known for its creative Caribbean cuisine and wonderful seafood, such as sugarcane-skewered tempura lobster or lemongrass-crusted grouper, the restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are a must at this very popular dining establishment.

Rated by Chris Poole on 01/22/08 I stayed at the Hyatt in 2000. On our last night we went for dinner at Hemingway's. It was one of the best meals of my life. I had a starter of tuna served with ginger icecream. I know this sounds strange but it was fantastic. We traveled from London England to stay on Grand Caymen and I still think back to the holiday and that evening with fondness.
