Cayman Islands Marriage Requirements

There is no waiting period in the Cayman Islands!

However, before a couple can submit their paperwork, they must find an official to perform the ceremony. The official's name must be listed on the marriage license, which must be filed with the Deputy General's office in Georgetown.
