Plaza Hotel Curaçao is located in Downtown Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao. Built on the 17th century Waterfort at the entrance of the natural St. Anna Bay harbor, the Plaza Hotel Curaçao stands tall presiding over the vibrant historical city centre. The Capital of Curaçao is split in two areas by the pontoon bridge also called "The Swinging Old Lady". These two areas are Punda and Otrobanda. The Punda area is where Plaza Hotel Curaçao is located, adjacent to the Governor's Mansion.
