Sun Lee Mandarin cuisine offers more than three hundred authentic Chinese dishes from every part of China. Each dish is skill fully prepared by chefs personally trained by our founder Mr. Hon Keung Lai. His Flavorful sauces have made his Mandarin style cooking well known.
Chef Lai developed his cooking talents in restaurants throughout China, Hong Kong, since 1968 before opening the Sun Lee Restaurant in 1987.
While Chef Lai's Mandarin style cuisine has grown in popularity from its family style in Curaçao more than one decade ago, the restaurant remains under the personal direction of Mr. Lai and his family.
