Rated by LESA on 12/25/07 A few weeks ago I was in Ocho Rios Jamacia and had the unfortunate encounter with Scuba Caribe. My boyfriend and I had purchased a "couples package". In this package we buy 6 dives and recieve 2 for free. The wheather for the two weeks we were ther was not the best and dive were cancelled all week... We had managed to get in our 6 dives but could not get in the last two "free" ones.
Scuba caribe refused to give us vouchers for our two free dives to use in anothe rlocation on our next vacation. Stating that "we can only give vouchers for dives paid for."
The whole reason we puchased this "so called deal: wa to get 8 dives.
Even after a lengthy discussion with management we still could recive no compensation.
