rented avis at santigo airport car had almost bald tires avis showed me the spare tire filthy dirty windows causing dangerous night driving no windshielld fluid right window did not open sent complaint nothing will be done by avis usa tell me to call the dominican republic where there is no responce.

rubbish, the car broke down on me and you over charged me all the staff at avis should be sacked
