Our luxurious, fully staffed, three bedroom private villa, with pool, can be your vacation home for less than the cost of a luxury hotel room. Located in Rose Hall on the sunny side of Montego Bay with the finest weather on Jamaica's North Shore, Skylark is perfectly situated for a golf or tennis vacation.

Relax in your own home with a staff of four to pamper you. Daily, gentle trade winds deliver ideal, year-round vacation weather. Cool, flower-scented mountain breezes make you comfortable at night, while warm and pleasant temperatures exist all day long, virtually every day.

Here in Jamaica, the temperature range is 75 to 85 degrees year round. Your summer here is more even weathered than continental resorts.Resting on a hill among protected estates, villas, and some of the finest private vacation homes in the Caribbean, the villa is surrounded by two peaceful acres of tropical landscaping with palms, fruit trees and flowers.

Sunbathe on your terrace by your private, filtered swimming pool and enjoy the magnificent view of the gardens and the Caribbean or swim at nearby beaches.Your villa is styled in a relaxed tropical mood with modern features, high peaked roofs, tile floors, and French doors to cool you with natural ventilation.

The living room with bar features a cathedral ceiling and double wide doors that open out to the porch, terrace and pool. The separate dining room is adjacent to the living room. The modern service wing includes a fully appointed kitchen and staff quarters.

Each of the three double bedrooms has a tiled bath, twin beds, roomy closets, and air conditioning. Children's roll-aways can be provided on request. Spacious and airy, Skylark is ideal for one, two or three couples, or your family group of eight.

Your vacation villa has a twenty-four hour staff consisting of a live-in cook, chambermaid and gardener that serve you three meals per day. At night, the gardener acts as bartender, eliminating expensive hotel bar bills and permitting you to entertain with small cocktail parties.

In addition, a laundress is provided and extra staff, including nannies for children, are available upon request. Food, beverages, and liquor for two days are purchased in advance for your arrival. The staff will help you shop for additional food and fresh fruits at local stores and colorful native markets. The water is pure and safe to drink.

Skylark is five minutes from the championship Half Moon and Rose Hall Intercontinental Golf Courses, both designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Other nearby golf courses include Wyndham, White Witch and Ironshore. Complimentary passes are provided to Doctor's Cave Beach in Montego Bay. In addition, over fifteen championship, floodlighted tennis courts are nearby.

You are within one half mile of several brilliant Caribbean beaches including the famous Half Moon Bay. Other activities readily available to you include: snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, squash, water skiing, deep sea fishing, rafting, riding, shopping and sightseeing.

This home is an exceptional value even if you are only renting it as one or two bedroom villa.
