Located at the peak of Barnes Hill, the view from Xanadu is truly breathtaking - rolling green fairways and the blue Caribbean waters. The vast living room with indoor gardens and pond running the width of the room, shares this view with the dining area and its mahogany dining room table that seats 12. The expansive living area also features cathedral ceilings, a library, music area with Steinway grand piano, and card area.

Three of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its canopied four poster bed and sunken bath, open off the living room. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are in a separate cottage a few yards away from the swimming pool.

Xanadu is located on the 2,200 acre Tryall Club. Among the most beautiful golf courses in the world, Tryall's 18 hillside and seaside fairways are accessible with in-house greens fees offered to the villa’s guests. Complimentary shuttles transport guests from the villa's front door to all locations within the resort. Tryall offers a beauty salon offering massages and reflexology treatments, a large swimming pool at the Great House and a white sand private beach. Spend days on the sunny beach while waiters serve you from the beach bar. Snorkeling, kayaking, hobie cat sailing and sunfish sailing are complimentary.
