Our fleet has grown significantly with a wide range of vehicles including SUV's to suit the needs of our clients. Apex Car Rentals has trained professionals and personnel to take care of the changing needs of our clients. We go the extra mile in helping to plan vacations with appropriate itineries and recommendation for places to see. This has enabled us to maintain our high rate of client return.
Rated by judith on 07/21/09 run....very bad customer service.....even worse they already collected your money.....staff and boss alike very rude and disrespectful.....they call their customers out their names in their presence.......if there is a problem with a vehicle that is rented ....their solution is replace it with a much older vehicle.......tell you you will getit back in a couple of days....truth is you get stuck with the older car for the remaining of your rental period....and is worth way less that what you paid for...no courtesy call ....the nerve of this establishment does not end there.....when you return the old car that u were stuck with.....they inform you that you are liable for the MECHINICAL PROBLEM that the car has....and proceed to charge your credit card without your authorization....dont know how they stay in business
