Rated by jamaicagurl on 10/25/09 My dream is to open a Pork PIt in the USA. I love the Pork Pit and everytime I visit Mobay we eat there at least six or seven times.
Rated by Kerisha Clark on 08/20/09 customer service is terrible. Called to speak with the manager to arrange a luncheon for some of my staff and the woman on the phone was Nasty/very rude, she called me a liar and hung up on me.
Rated by Jeanine R. on 05/01/09 Visited the Pork Pit in Oct of 2008 and loved it! had the jerked chicken and pork and pigeon peas and rice. excellent. I highly recommend them and will return my nice trip to Mobay

Rated by leoakanetty on 03/25/09 I had an all inclusive package in Montego Bay (hated the food) until I discovered the Pork Pit. The food is excellent! I really enjoyed the jerk pork. It's a must have in Montego Bay! You must try it.

Rated by mark jackson on 07/04/08 great spot to stop for the best jerk in mobay
Rated by juliebug on 04/18/08 Food was good but they ripped us off on price. When he said it was $25, I said how did you add that up. He said the prices where in Jamacia dollars. He made some money. The cook picks up all the scraps and puts them in a bag and then continues cooking. No hand washing. We ordered pork ribs, pulled pork, 1/2 each, roasted sweet potatoes, rice and beans.

My folks are from Panama so I know caribbean food. No one makes a dish like the Pork Pit. If I could get them to put one in Houston, Tx. it might save me a trip back to the island.
Rated by Greg on 08/22/07 I first ate at the Pork Pit in 1983 and last ate there in 2000. It was good every time. Don't miss it.

Rated by jennifer johns on 04/02/06 we visit the pork pit every time were in montegobay cant get enough of it. whish we had one here in michigan
Rated by Veronica on 02/06/06 I visited the Pork Pit last year while in Montego bay everyone kept asking had I been there and I finally went the last day there, I so wish I would have visited sooner the food was great and tasty, it was indeed the best food that I had while on the island except maybe Soochy's another excellent place to get jerk chicken .
Rated by L. Black on 01/02/06 The Pork Pit is the best. Please ignore the comment by "Sickman" You can request which part of the meat you would like. If he got fat it's because he wanted that part. The prok, chicken, fish, and festival are tasty and delightful. I ate there everday during my seven day stay in Montego Bay and cannot wait to go back to Montego Bay just to visit there again!
Rated by John Sickman on 12/24/04 I visited the Pork pit in December 2004. I recieved a 1/2 pound of jerk pork fat. On purpose!! Not going back.
Rated by janair Wright on 09/19/04 The pork is a little salty but the overall flavor was good. Priced moderately. The outdoor picnic style area added to its ambiance. Don't forget to order the Festival!!
