Decorated with fresh green-and-taupe plaids, white linen, and contemporary table settings, it offers spectacular views of the ocean. The menu features dishes from France's Provence region with creative twists, such as duck breast in a potato galette (a flat cake) and lavender sauce or rack of lamb Moroccan style. Fresh fish is grilled to perfection, and the bread is baked daily on the premises. A dessert called "The Fifth Element" -- a chocolate extravaganza designed to look like the planet Mars, dripping with strawberry sauce -- has become the most-talked-about dessert in the Hotel Zone.
