The secret to the success of this elegant sister to the Pizza Rolandi chain is its creative handling of the Swiss-northern Italian cuisine. Be sure to try the carpaccio di tonno alla Giorgio (thin slices of fresh tuna with extra-virgin olive oil and lime juice), the homemade lasagna, or the ravioli neri ripieni d'arargosta (black ravioli stuffed with lobster). With such appetizers as puff bread from a wood-burning oven and a huge salad and antipasto bar you may never make it to the main course -- which would be a shame.
