They said they found a scratch on the bumper and charged my card $300!!! ON TOP OF THE RENTAL FEE. To top it off, when I called them about it, they hung up on me!

Customer reps. are irrespectful and rude:( They charged my credit card (in addition to HOLD fee) WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!!!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!

THEY HAVE THE BEST RATES AND REALLY GOOD CARS, I RENTED A 2007 DODGE CALIBER WITH FREE MILEAGE FOR 39.95, THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE VERY FRIENDLY, I SAY THE HAVE A 20 IN SERVICE
