There are some very sweeping statements on here, people expecting canapes? Suggesting that The Cliff should provide petit fours and comparing it to Michelin starred restaurants. If The Cliff boasted a star or two then yes, I would expect an amuse bouche and a higher standard of cooking and service, but it doesn't. The fact is The Cliff has the most stunning location I have ever seen and the food and service is of a very high standard, chef Paul Owens is clearly a very talented man but his food is no better than some of the other restaurants on Barbados. What makes this the best restaurant on the Island? We do, we come in our droves because we love it, they serve over 100 covers each night and people are booking up weeks in advance to get a table. I had a wonderful evening here and if I am fortunate enough to ever return to Barbados I will visit The Cliff again, it is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. More »

If I could give zero stars I would. We were promised a 4 door Wrangler and even confirmed it with the office 2 days before our arrival. When we got there they had nothing available! Finally after about a half of arguing with the owner, he threw his hands up and said we could use his "personal" car (which was also a rental by the way.) It had tons of damage (dents, scratches, bald tires) we took pics of everything before we took it. When we returned it 4 days later the owner started freaking out that we damaged his personal vehicle!!! We showed him the slip HIS employee wrote out and we showed him the pics. BUSTED!! NEVER NEVER USED THIS SHADY PLACE!!! More »

We didn't like our experience with Target. We rented the car from Target through Orbitz. When we arrive at the SJ Airport, we had to wait 30 minutes before the shuttle came to pick us up. Once in the office, the gentleman behind the counter provided a slow service while commenting on the bad conditions of the Island. As guests, we really didn't need to hear such a pesmistic outlook of the Island. It was even worse when returning the car. Upon return, there were two women behind the counter. These woman were so disrespectful, it is a shame. The older one commented, "que calor hace aqui" and then asked the younger one, "tu no tienes calor?" At the same time, the younger woman look at my husband and answered, "yes, hace calor." Such disrespect!!! What they didn't know is that I was born and raised in PR and I know that little old trick. I gave them a dirty look and I'm sure they noticed I wasn't happy about it. They showed no respect for their costumers and I will never rent again from or recommend Target to anyone. More »

This is by far the best dining experience I have had on Tortola. The ambiance, location, lighting, service, food presentation and taste were comparable to any fine dining restaurant internationally. Rented from ocean runner twice and both time had a wonderful day but with a below average boat and extremely poor customer service. The first time I took a smaller single engine boat and many of the guages, buttons, and other things did not work and was the same on the second trip with the bigger boat which tilted more and more the faster we went and again broken fuel guage so you never know if the tank is actually full when you take it out so you could possibly be paying more for a less than full tank. The customer service was a good reflection of the boat's condition (Shitty) both times the guy behind the counter was extremely rude cursing us on the beach as soon as we returned because passengers were dropped off at a different location which was not a problem the previous trips we had made (one of which the hired captain actually dropped us off) but I guess the rules change day by day with ocean runner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! More »

You have started a good thing but it needs to step up, show greater variety, we know you have it and the prices displayed on items needs to be more accurate and helpful, for example in your building material section you have high tensile steel sold by the tonne but you have the unit price and not the per tonne price, little things like this hamper your customers from taking full advantage of your service, I need to be able to access all the information that I require in order to make my purchase, so single as well as bulk prices where necessary, a proper description of item and use in cases where necessary, like solvents or other chemicals, glues or special products, even if one has to click on the item to get the info, atleast it would be available for those who need it, ppl like to shop online these days there is a lot of money to be made here, I look forward to seeing how you improve the site so I can use it more easily, as a builder it would be an asset to my business. AMAZING!! My husband and I have taken a ton of trips and have snorkeled on all of them, but the time spent on the Castaway Girl and with the crew was phenomenal. The snorkeling was great and there was a ton to see. We are going back to St Thomas in March and Oct 2010 and wouldn't miss the opportunity to do it all again. Thanks for the memories. More »

DO NOT USE IT. It is NOT customer service oriented. They don't want to help costumers and have no manners. The cars are old and not very well taken care of. We are disputing charges they made on my credit card. Once they charge it, even if they are wrong they are not willing to refund the money. $555.00 they charged and know I am dealing with the credit card company to see what they can do about it. I rented a minivan in June 2009. After my trip I found out that my credit card information had been stolen and used for unauthorized charges. Autosel was the only placed where I used it and they had information like the CVS number. They wrote it on the invoice!!!! So, obviously they use their invoice's copy to make online charges to my card. Because they had the CSV number, I'm having a lot of trouble getting those charges removed. Do not use AUTOSEL. The name of the guy who filled the invoice is JOEL. They are thieves!!! More »

We were there In February as a party of eight which spent a week in a St. John Villa and another week aboard a charter boat crusing the BVI's. We had the best time that we could imagine for the entire trip but one of the nights that we talk about the most was our dinner at Morgan's Mango. The food service and atmosphere were all terrific and all eight of us had Bushwhacker mustaches when we finally had to leave. More »

agree with the previous poster. I would stay away from using Awesome Events! I was orginally using them to help plan my wedding, but Mrs. P Soares was very difficult to get in touch with. She would call very late at night after weeks of not returning calls and emails. She would always have excuses why she didn't get back to me for weeks. They included being in the hospital for her asthma to her cousing being stabbed. I decided to completely cancel my Bermuda wedding and get married back at home. More »
