The Villa is part of the well-known Hotel LeVillage St Jean and offers the advantage of a villa with the services of the hotel...This is the last house at the end of a private road. It is extremely quiet with no road traffic.
Villa Iguana's interior looks similar to a Philippe Stark designed hotel such as the Delano in Miami or Mondrian in Los Angeles. The villa enjoys a private lap pool and fantastic view of the bay. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house making it perfect for two couples. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances preferred by our local chefs, and opens to a large living area. The villa is decorated in a contemporary fashion accompanied by imported antiques for a very eclectic feel. It was designed by Jinnie Kim.
