Carl has gained a reputation for being the nicest guy to fish with. His charters like the fact that he will even fillet you some of your catch for dinner. He doesn't try to trick you with tackle terminology, or pull you in shallow water just so you can catch a barracuda (unless you want to!) He is there to have a good time and wants you to do the same.
