Elegant dining on St. Croix for the last eleven years has been defined by Jane and David Kendrick at their restaurant. Kendrick's, located in a wonderfully restored Danish enclave in the heart of historical downtown Christiansted. Self-trained chef extraordinaire David has been featured in the Discovery Channel's serier "Great Chefs of the Caribbean," and has been reviewed in Gourment and Bon Appetit magazines. Our new website has the menu, reviews, and features the cookbook we're published in.

Rated by T.D. on 02/09/06 Absolutely fantastic. Lovely setting in historic Christiansted. (Tucked away and a little hard to find and park.) Food is expensive, but well worth it. A "must visit".
