With its stylish Great House and Guest House, a walled courtyard and bountiful gardens, and abundant artwork throughout, this 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath luxury home is the embodiment of elegance and style. Beach Villa has two personalities; a fun loving and relaxing beach house by day, and a fashionable and alluring estate house at night, but you'll greatly enjoy both personas.

One of St. John's most talented design teams has combined traditional Mediterranean and Caribbean architectural styles with art, antiques, lush landscaping and modern conveniences to produce this outstanding waterfront home. Beach Villa has all the attributes of St. John's most desirable luxury homes, including: a quiet beachfront location, enchanting day and evening atmospheres, a unique, comfortable and private home, a pool surrounded by a garden courtyard with tiled walkways, full air conditioning, sunset views, and convenient access to the restaurants and boutiques of Cruz Bay. The designers' extensive knowledge of island life is reflected in the superb design, interior furnishings and accessories of this comfortable villa. The designers are also widely recognized masters of night lighting, and after dark Beach Villa radiates with a seductive and romantic tropical essence.

The living room is a tasteful blend of stone walls, tiled floors, and honey wicker furniture. The French and screened sliding glass doors open to soft breezes and views of the harbor and the courtyard. A cable color TV/VCR and stereo/cassette/CD provide the soundtrack of your holiday. As befits a villa of this stature, the kitchen is well equipped, modern and attractive with terra cotta tiled floors, beautiful stone walls and French doors that open to the living room and the pool. A gas range and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, telephone and all necessary cookware and dinnerware are included. A gas barbecue grill and washer/dryer are located off the kitchen. Meals may be enjoyed at the informal kitchen table that seats six or on the dining patio at the table seating ten.

To ensure privacy three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the Great House while the other two bedrooms are on both levels of the Guest House. All bedrooms are air conditioned with king beds. Every bedroom is beautifully decorated in a different but similar motif that utilizes tiled floors, stone walls, screened sliding glass doors, private decks and balconies and lovely antiques and accessories. Most of the bedrooms have romantic harbor views and each has a tiled bath and shower.
