Belle View is a beautiful three bedroom, three and one half bath villa perched high above Great Cruz Bay with an awe inspiring 270 degree view of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas and the smaller islands to the north.

A split level great room with soaring ceilings is the centerpiece of Belle View. Furnished with comfortable chairs and couches and awash in warm earth tones and tropical colors, this bright and airy space offers a sitting area, entertainment area and fully equipped kitchen. The open front wall of this room leads to a covered deck with dining area.

Across the deck, the spacious master suite, in its own separate unit, includes a private sitting area, twin dressing area, a double sink vanity and tropical outdoor shower. The third unit has two bedrooms with twin beds, each with private bath, on the main level, and a king bedroom on the lower level.

On the west side of the great room is a full size hot tub spa where you may soak and watch the sun set. After the sun sets, you can watch the twinkling lights of St. Thomas as you dine on the covered deck.

A staircase off the main deck leads to the spacious tiled pool deck below. You may do laps in the large (28’ x 12’) tiled pool or gaze out at the view from one of the pool deck’s several lounge chairs.

Just five minutes from Cruz Bay, Belle View is located in one of the finest residential neighborhoods on the island. A short walk will take you to the beach of the neighboring hotel and a ten minute drive will have you on the white sandy beaches of St. John's famous North Shore.
