A trellised patio of native stone and imported tile offers protected, outdoor dining. In the daytime, this can also be a secluded spot for reading or sunbathing.

The kitchen is accented with Birdseye maple cabinets, granite counters, native pottery and dishes, a gourmet refrigerator with a crushed ice maker, gas range and wine rack. An entertainment bar includes another refrigerator and offers plenty of room for entertaining.

The Great Room includes a luxuriously furnished living room area, a cozy indoor spot for dinner, and a casual and elegant entertaining area. The entire room offers spectacular views of Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas.

A 60-foot long covered veranda overlooking the harbor invites lazy afternoons of reading, while the nearby pool and deck offers the opportunity for a refreshing and, cooling dip in the water or a serious tanning session on our chaise lounges.

Views of St. Thomas can be enjoyed from the air conditioned master bedroom suite's four poster bed.

A second air conditioned bedroom features a king size bed and panoramic view of the beach, the harbor and its many ships. Each bedroom opens onto the veranda and views of the Caribbean.

The property is outfitted for relaxed island living with state-side convenience. The house has a VCR, a CD player, cable TV, washer and dryer and Weber gas grill. Custom-made cabinets throughout the kitchen and baths, and a Great Room entertainment center are tasteful and unexpected accents for such an island getaway. Imported terra cotta tile extends through the house and bedrooms to the outdoor living areas, too.

The house is located just five minutes from the town of Cruz Bay, reached by paved roads all the way. A private neighborhood beach is a five minute walk; the Westin Hotel's magnificent pool and sandy beach are 7 minutes away, and the world famous National Park beaches are a 10 minute drive.
