Tastefully designed and furnished with custom Balinese teak pieces and Danish country antiques, this spacious and fully-screened home offers a romantic sunrise/sunset double view of Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole.

It offers four private, equal-sized air-conditioned master bedroom suites in two pavilions on either side of the Great Room pavilion with its living and dining areas and the gourmet kitchen. All three pavilions open into to the garden courtyard and pool, hot tub, and built-in grill area overlooking sailboats moored just below in Chocolate Hole.

A short flight of stairs lead past the exercise room (the "Club Room") to the regulation sized tennis and basketball courts. This well-appointed Club Room includes air conditioning, a television , a VCR, a reclining exercise bike, a stepper, free weights, and an excersize mat for guest use. After using the excersize equipment and activity courts, guests can walk 25 yards across the garden to visit friends in the Guest Cottage. The lighted garden path set with palm trees displays flowers, tropical fruits and vegetables. On the other side of the garden is the two-story Guest House with two more air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites and its own jacuzzi swimming pool.

Two excellent snorkeling beaches are within walking distance of this villa, and it's only two miles to Cruz Bay, then just a bit further beyond town to St. John's famous National Park Beaches, all on paved roads.

Maximum privacy in a cool, breeze-swept and scenic setting, combined with the innovative design of this impressive home and lots of custom extras, makes Great Expectations an excellent choice for a sun-filled holiday on lovely and much sought-after St. John!
