Morningside Villa is a privately owned home which is available for rental by guests for just about any period of time. The villa features a pool with attached whirlpool on a private deck overlooking the beautiful waters of Rendezvous Bay.
Featuring four air-conditioned bedrooms, four private bathrooms, a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, gas grill, washer and dryer, cable TV, stereo, phone and answering machine, Morningside Villa is fully equipped to provide you with every convenience.
Morningside is just a few minute drive from the ferry docks, restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay, over all paved roads. A modern grocery store and deli, along with a pharmacy and video rental store are located at Starfish Market, on the way from town.
Morningside Villa is managed by Kathy and Dennis DeMar who - in addition to being on call for your entire stay should you need assistance - will be happy to arrange rental vehicles for your use as well. Our guests fly into the Cyril E King airport (code STT) on the adjacent island of St. Thomas, and are taken by taxi to the ferry docks in either Charlotte Amalie or Red Hook. A short ferry ride brings you to Cruz Bay on St. John where you will be met on the dock by Kathy. She will get you to your rental vehicles, show you to Morningside Villa, and answer any further questions you may have about the villa or St. John in general.
