This splendid waterfront home, along with its neighbor, Monte Bay, represents the best of the luxury homes built in the very peaceful and exclusive vacation home neighborhood of Klein Bay. Rendezvous was completed in 1994 and is located on a beautiful, quiet and private waterfront site on lovely Rendezvous Bay, on the south shore of St. John. The turquoise sea just below your home offers some of St. John's finest snorkeling in crystal clear, always calm, 80 degree waters that harbor colorful tropical fish and abundant coral heads.

A pebble beach lies a short distance from Rendezvous, while a longer swim or hike brings you to the unspoiled white sand beach at the Ditliff Nature Conservancy. Large sail or motor boats can be anchored a few yards off your pool deck. A large swimming pool and deck area, a lovely semi-secluded setting with picturesque views, and a spacious, cool and well furnished interior combine to create one of St. John's finest new luxury homes that will comfortably accommodate eight persons.

The living/dining/kitchen area opens to an oversized pool and tiled deck through large sliding glass doors that disappear into recessed walls. With the sliding doors open, the fully tiled deck and interior areas merge to create a uniquely enjoyable and relaxing indoor/outdoor living area. Well designed roof overhangs, ceiling fans, the trade winds, and the large doors keep the interior of the house comfortably cool even though the pool an sun deck are bathed in sunshine from 9 AM until 5 PM each day.

The living room contains wicker and rattan upholstered furniture as well as cable color TV/VCR and stereo/cassette/CD and telephone. The white wicker and glass interior dining table seats eight while two pool side dining tables each seat six. The immaculate kitchen contains attractive mahogany cabinets accented by white counters. It is fully equipped, including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and a complete assortment of dishes, cookware and serveware. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen.

The four roomy bedrooms, all with king beds and lovely views, are located on both levels and on opposite ends of the house to ensure complete privacy. The upper bedrooms open to the pool deck while the lower bedrooms are accessed by two interior spiral staircases and open at ground level. All bedrooms have private tiled baths and one master bath includes a whirlpool tub.
