Coconut Coast Studio: Elaine Estern

Coconut Coast Studio holds the art of Elaine Ester, known throughout the Caribbean for her "two world" paintings both above and below water. Her marine scenes are full of the colorful fish and coral habitats, realistic and vivid portrayals of sea life, coupled with a remarkable luminescent quality of reflected light and shadows are hallmarks of her works. She paints only in watercolor, which seems somehow more appropriate to underwater life.
