Rated by Lance Shenefield on 10/19/09 Rented from ocean runner twice and both time had a wonderful day but with a below average boat and extremely poor customer service. The first time I took a smaller single engine boat and many of the guages, buttons, and other things did not work and was the same on the second trip with the bigger boat which tilted more and more the faster we went and again broken fuel guage so you never know if the tank is actually full when you take it out so you could possibly be paying more for a less than full tank. The customer service was a good reflection of the boat's condition (Shitty) both times the guy behind the counter was extremely rude cursing us on the beach as soon as we returned because passengers were dropped off at a different location which was not a problem the previous trips we had made (one of which the hired captain actually dropped us off) but I guess the rules change day by day with ocean runner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
