Built on top of a knoll on the northern tip of St. Lucia within Cap Estate, Cap Pavilion has 360 degree panoramic views of the island, the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea. Completed in 1989 in the style of a Caribbean plantation house, inspired by the designs of Oliver Messel in Mustique and Barbados, this light, airy, and spacious villa situated on more than five acres of private grounds offers both privacy and luxury. This is a beautiful villa built from coral stone with cool green shutters and detailing. Part of the house faces the Atlantic coast and so is very cool and breezy.

Cap Pavilion consists of three connected buildings enclosing an inner yard and comprising a large sitting room, opening onto a covered verandah, several sitting areas, one with TV, a dining room, five double bedrooms and a chamber, which can sleep two. Three bedrooms have king or queen beds and all bedrooms have or share en suite bathrooms. Two large roof terraces offer spectacular all round views. The 30 ft. swimming pool and a garden pavilion lie below the house in a secluded and romantic setting.

The house has been professionally interior decorated to a very high standard and has been used for many fashion photography shoots. The house is very much a part of the landscape with many open areas which lead directly into the garden.

An experienced and pleasant staff of four (housekeeper, cook, maid, and gardener) look after you. Cap Pavilion lies within close reach of several excellent beaches as well as the golf, riding, and tennis facilities of Cap Estate.

Household pets, a cat and dogs, can be kept in a fenced area if the clients prefer. The access road is rough and rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
