This spacious, modern villa is situated on a rolling hillside site overlooking the Pigeon Island National Park and Causeway. The fenced garden runs down to the sea and rocky coastline. The long, white-sand beach of the Causeway is within walking distance of the house. Built in a modern style, this attractive three bedroom, two bathroom villa affords total privacy.

The villa consists of a large sitting room, formal dining room, open-air dining patio, and three double bedrooms with ceiling fans. The air-conditioned master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for guest comfort. The living room has contemporary furniture and the adjoining, covered terrace overlooks the sea.

The villa which is situated in a large flat garden on the sea, also has a swimming pool and sun terrace. There is a short walk to the beach.

The staff includes a cook/maid and watchman/gardener. The access road is rough and rental of a 4 wheel drive vehicle is essential.

From June 1st – October 30th 2003, pay 12 nights, stay 14 nights.
