Le Campeche is a Caribbean style house situated on a hillside site surrounded by Campêche (logwood) trees and enjoys excellent sea vistas. The house is well furnished and has lots of art work.

The villa is primarily built on one level and consists of a master bedroom (king size bed) with a large en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are two double bedrooms (two twin beds) with en suite bathrooms with showers. The villa has a sitting room, dining room and study with TV which is connected to Cablevision. All the three bedrooms, the sitting room and study open out onto a wooden veranda, which runs the full length of the house. All the bedrooms, sitting, dining and study rooms have ceiling fans.

Downstairs there is a large double bedroom (two twin beds) with ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom is also equipped with a wet-bar and a small fridge. This bedroom opens out onto a patio, the kidney shaped swimming pool and sun deck. Kitchen, laundry room and separate staff quarters and double garage complete this villa.
