A winding road along the coast leads you to this dramatic, fully-fenced executive home set cliffside over the ocean, looking out to a stunning ocean panorama encompassing the British Virgin Islands, the Virgin Passage and the 13th and 14th greens of Mahogany Run Golf Course. Two complete family suites joined by a pool and sun deck distinguish this just-remodeled and wonderfully-outfitted villa.

Serendipity's upper suite, in its own separate pavilion overlooking the pool and sea vistas beyond, offers two air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites on two levels, each with its own balcony. The upper king bedroom/bath suite adjoins an open air-conditioned alcove with a full kitchen with a second full bath, queen sofabed and a wraparound deck, and offers cable TV, DVD player and computer, printer and fax. Stairs take you down to the pool and sun deck (comfortably sheltered from the wind by the main pavilion, and bordered by gardens), and to Serendipity's lower main pavilion which houses the second family suite. This fully-air-conditioned main suite offers a living area, office alcove with a computer, printer and fax, another queen sofabed, a half bath, and dining and kitchen areas which open directly onto the pool deck. Below via a spiral staircase is the large air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite and a laundry room.

The upper and lower levels of the main pavilion are both bordered by decks perched over the dramatic shoreline below with its soothing surf sounds. All bedrooms, the upper alcove and the main living area have cable TV and DVD players; the two separate suites each afford maximum privacy. Serendipity is immaculate, pleasingly furnished and accessorized, and set in a romantic, very secluded locale - but is only a minute's drive to Magen's Beach, and town is just over the hill.
