A well appointed three bedroom villa situated at Bois D' Orange with spectacular sea views of Reduite Beach, Pigeon Island and the neighboring island of Martinique to the north. This villa is also within walking distance of the secluded beach of Trouya.

The villa has air conditioned bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with two double beds and also has two patios, one enjoying the sea view and the other overlooking the Trouya beach. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own private patio. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

There is a spacious sitting/dining room with a large television with cablevision, which opens out onto a generous patio which enjoys wonderful sea views. There are tables on the patio for alfresco dining. A well equipped kitchen and laundry area complete the house.

The villa stands in a landscaped garden with a swimming pool and sun deck. Owing to its cliffside location, this house is not suitable for parties with small children or people with walking difficulties.

The house is equipped with a burglar alarm system and a standby generator in case of power cuts.
