Overlooking the splendid natural bay of Rodney Bay marina, Villa Marella is certainly one of the most elegant and graceful properties in this residential area. A sense of pleasure and relaxation comes from its original Mediterranean style, its immense garden of tropical plants, and deck furnished with comfortable chaise lounges. On the beachfront there is a large wooden dock allowing the berth of yachts. In the garden, rising slightly above ground level, there is a magnificent swimming pool. This feature produces a splendid optical effect when looking from the patio; its surface seems to extend to the sea sharing the same horizon. Outdoors there is a typical and very large Balinese shower. This area is also equipped with a grill for outdoor parties.

The villa, built on two levels, has three bedrooms with beautifully decorated bathrooms; the third bedroom and bathroom, situated on the ground floor, opens onto a patio surrounded by an internal garden. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan; the one to the west has remote control air conditioning. The villa has been recently renovated and has been furnished completely from Italy. On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable living area, with elegant wooden doors which open onto the tropical garden. The dining room comfortably seats eight people and is near a large fully equipped kitchen.

The outside patio off the living room seats twelve people. The villa also has an outbuilding for personnel, a laundry, and storage room. No children under 12 years of age are permitted. The staff includes a cook, housekeeper, and gardener. Villa Marella sleeps six. White sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, hotels, and banks are nearby. Golf is three miles distant and the capital, Castries, is just seven miles away. There is a resident watchman on this property. This is a non-smoking villa.
