Rated by J.M. Seidl on 01/24/07 Very overrated restaurant. Hilton recommended it in their newsletter but we couldn't figure out why. Service was slow. Ate sitting on cheap white plastic chairs like you'd see at walmart. Food was so-so. We only got to choose our meat. Everyone got the same undercooked island veggies, a simple salad. The dessert was some island special that was equally unimpressive. I think the 3 course meal was $40-50 a person. What a waste of money. Children might like the fire-eaters show but just pay for a driink and save yourself the money

Rated by Olivia on 12/02/05 We went to Bang 4 or 5 times during our honeymoon in August. Food was outstanding and very reasonable. Absolutely loved it.
Rated by Jamie Imes on 07/08/05 Bang had little or nothing to offer on 7/4/05. Out of soup, out of salad, chairs stacked on tables (it is an outdoor "patio" type restaurant) by 5:30pm.
We left and went next door to one of the Hilton restaurants.
Rated by mary dibley on 03/01/05 superb food, charming host
