Set in a tropical garden overlooking Vigie Marina, dining at Jacques is further enhanced by impeccable foods prepaed by Chef Jacky Rioux. The chef specializes in fish and seafood (fishermen are always bringing him unusual delicacies) and he shops himself for fresh produce. He also mixes his own spices and seasonings, is a talented sauce maker, and smokes his own meats.
