This spacious, newly constructed villa is situated at Saline Point, Cap Estate, one of the northernmost points on St. Lucia. Wild Orchid enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the northwest coast, the historic national park of Pigeon Island, the beautiful French island of Martinique to the north, and as far south as the majestic Mount Jimmie.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite shower bathroom. It has two patios with great panoramic views. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds and en suite shower bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The long patio runs the whole length of the house with an outdoor dining area overlooking the cooling waters of the large pool surrounded by its spacious pool deck. The spacious sitting room doubles as a multimedia room with a large screen television that is connected to Cablevision, plus a Bose surround sound stereo system. A modern, spacious kitchen completes the living area.

A mobile security system will moniter the property from 7 pm until 6 am every evening.
