This fine dining restaurant suggests you plan on spending two to two-and-a-half hours for the full dining experience and you'll need every minute to do it right. The menu divides your choices into courses, un to quatre and that doesn't include dessert.

Start with foie gras, escargot, tempura lime shrimp or another first course, move on to a salad, choose your soup course from lobster bisque or vichyssoise, then dig into a lovely fish or beef entree. You'll also be presented with digestif and cigar menus on request.

The excellent culinary selections are well complemented by the restaurant's spectacular ocean views.
