My husband and I came to your restaurant with a gentlemen named Bruce who has been coming to St. Maarten for (40) years. He recommended us with the group we joined with for dinner your restaurant. I highly respected Bruce recommendation since he was a 74 year old man with wisdom.

I have a need to email you this message, my husband had a steak (which to me $27.00 should be a quality steak) but was very disappointed in the meat. I was under the impressive that steaks from Argentina were very good but to be honest with you not sure if menu indicated where steak from but seems to be the place where gotten on island. I had a swordfish which I was happy with but it was unfortuntate how much of my husband's steak was wasted. (Bruce asked me why he was not eating his food and my husband should of returned it.)

We tried to come and talk with you about it but your restaurant did not open, I believe, until 4:00 and we were also in area on Sunday. I would appreciate a credit on my Mastercard Citibank charge for that meal since I do not plan to visit St. Maarten in near future.
