At Le Montmartre you will find a spectrum of both innovative and traditional continental delicacies, each dish beautifully presented. Although the restaurant specializes in Roasted Sea Bass in a salt crust and Dover Sole fresh as it comes (flown in daily), its chefs are renowned throughout the Caribbean for their creativity and innovation. You'll find the French classics here, too, such as Tournedos Rossini, onion soup, and lobster bisque, but all with a delightful modern twist. Fresh seafood trays and fabulous mussels and frites are available in season. Throughout the year, Le Montmartre offers an extensive vegetarian menu.
